How Every Engagement Unfolds
Regardless of which engagement a client undertakes, our methodology follows the same structural logic: we listen before we speak, we observe before we conclude, and we document before we depart. The specific activities within that structure vary by sector and by what we find in the organisation.
Our engagements are deliberately bounded — they run for a defined period, produce defined outputs, and end clearly. This is intentional.
