How does an engagement actually begin?
It begins with a conversation — usually by phone or at our Kuala Lumpur office. We want to understand your situation before either party commits to anything. If it seems like there's a meaningful fit, we'll outline what an engagement would look like for your specific context.
What does the engagement involve on our side?
We typically need access to key people within your organisation — those who can speak candidly about operations, decisions, and challenges. Site visits are part of most engagements. The time commitment from your side is meaningful but manageable; we work around your operational schedule where possible.
How are the engagement fees structured?
Fees are fixed for the engagement scope outlined. Property Development Advisory is MYR 3,180; Hospitality Operations Consultation is MYR 2,290; Construction Industry Advisory is MYR 530. Payment arrangements are discussed at the outset and agreed before work begins. There are no additional fees beyond what is agreed.
How is confidentiality handled?
Discretion is fundamental to how we work. Business information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential. We formalise this in a mutual confidentiality agreement prior to commencing detailed discussions. We do not discuss client matters with other clients.
Do you work with businesses outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. While we are based in Kuala Lumpur, we work with organisations across peninsular Malaysia. Site visits to projects or properties in other states are part of how we approach engagements. Travel arrangements are planned as part of the engagement scope.
